Please join us for the first performance of all of the groups in the Missoula All-City Jazz Program! This performance is free. *If you are performing you are expected to stay, support AND help break down.

HELLGATE HIGH SCHOOL TUESDAY SCHEDULE
4:15pm – MS Run-through
4:30pm – HS John Coltrane Run-Through
5:00pm – Performance (All Groups!)
CALL TIME
Student musicians - 4:30pm if you are not in COLTRANE OR MIDDLE SCHOOL
TUESDAY CHECK-IN
Please check-in with Kennedy when you arrive at Hellgate High School.
Please let us know at that time WHETHER YOU WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PERFORM ON DECEMBER 31ST
You will also be given a T-SHIRT!
You will be guided to where you will put your case/coats, etc.
Please stand along the lockers during the performance by group
ALL CITY DRESS FOR PERFORMANCE:
Pants/skirt (no jeans)
Solid button-down shirt or blouse
Tie for men, optional for women
Shoes (no sneakers)
MUSIC/EQUIPMENT:
Most groups will be performing 1-2 tunes each
Stands and all rhythm section equipment WILL BE PROVIDED
